The mission of the George Hospital Trust is to do whatever is necessary to raise the funds to enable the George Regional Hospital to address a re-development programme, meeting the critical need of its population of patients to grow the paediatrics and other supporting essential services, accommodation and equipment.

The trust aims at raising awareness in both the South African and International communities of this project and its urgency. It invites communication from prospective partners who are willing to share their expertise, time and funding to fulfill the requirements to make the project a success.

Initially, the project will focus on the building of a three-story Paediatric Unit that provides world-class professional care for young patients in an environment that is suitable and nurturing for both the children and their parents.

We wish to make this, and further projects for the George Regional Hospital, possible through the George Hospital Trust with assistance from both local and international donations.

The George Hospital Trust has been formed to allow donors to benefit from Section 18A Tax Relief for the current George Hospital Redevelopment Project, and also for any future projects required.
